Strength:
-Build to a heavy 3rep max that feels good for today. If you P.R cool, but don’t purposely come in trying to p.r. If you’re not feeling it, thats ok, just find a heavy weight that allows you to move for the day.
Metcon:
– Work on your individual game planning. If we do so happen to see wall balls wether it be this week or not, usually when we do see them in the open its not a small amount.
Find a rep scheme that works for you.
