Back at it again with the dynamic loading work right into the strict press. This time were a bit heavier but that extra 5-10 %should be felt, remember that strict press is 50% of the weight just lifted.
Metcon: exact same as week 1(50w.b,10cleans)just in another format giving a different stimulus,pick a weight you can preform fast singles with.Move with Purpose not for speed.
