You pick your weight just keep in mind that every rep has a 5 sec. pause in the bottom.
Metcon:
pick a weight you can comfortably cycle, today isn’t about going heavy its about getting comfortable cycling a d.b,should be done unbroken. Pick a machine that you hate….and yes,we know which one you hate:)
