Warm-up (No Measure)
10min amrap(for quality)
10 ring knee tucks
:40 side plank(20 each side)
10 hollow to a tuck position
40 weighted tea pots(20 each side)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
– Dual DB Power Cleans(As heavy as possible)
– Hurdle box Jump(anything you can physically jump on)
-Ring or bench dips
