Strength/Fun day:
In a team of 2 you will be finding a Max load(both lifts combined)
-in 15min Heavy 3 bench press.
-in 15min Heavy 3 front squat.
Have some fun, this will be a continuous 30min, so know your jumps, have some fun and get heavy!
Metcon:
This is just a little burner/killer to end the day, go fast.
