– Just a strength day for today, get warm and get after it. This should be a slower paced kind of day, catch up with friends, lift heavy & jam out to some music!
A) Really Focus on keeping the bar close, hitting your triple extension and staying controlled as much as possible throughout the whole lift.
B)these should be at a weight to be performed unbroken
C)Get nice and heavy!
