today’s metcon is going to force you to move a lot faster then your going to want to. all 3 pieces of equipment are ment to be done in that 3-4minute range giving you a solid 4-5left to work. For some this might mean your going to have to sprint, your going to have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Have some fun and lets end this week on a high note.
