-Dont exceed your 80% in this strength portion. Your main focus will be perfect and smooth front squats. Fight for a good position the whole time and apply that into your workout as well.
Metcon:
We have what i like to call a “work for your rest” kind of workout. Every set should be approached fast, there are only 3 sets, so strive to beat the round before.
