Bring your sunnys, work on that tan and be ready for put in some work. A little different type of wod today, we’ll be focusing on overall leg endurance. We all know what that last run in murph feels like and how hard it can be, have some fun and cheer your team on!

120ft sled sprint push 5-6- 45’s
