-with any chipper style wod you have to find a continuous pace and chip away at it, hence the name “chipper.” As the reps increase so will your heart rate and fatigue will soon then follow, be smart on pacing. Its easy to want to hit this fast from the start, dont fall into that trap. Find your pace, chip away and stay focused the deeper you get into this wod.
