:30 bike(cals)

:30 hollow hold flutter kicks

:30 row(cals)

:30 side plank(15sec each)

:30 dubz/singles

:30 ring plank hold

-2min rest-
-restart monitor everytime you get on

-add calories and dubz combined each round.
