– start at a doable weight and slowly progress in your jumps. Don’t look at your numbers previous to coming in, surprise yourself and see what you can pull out for today. Remember to carb up(healthy carbs that is) previous to coming in. The first 5 sets should be warm up weight(light-medium feel) then utilize the last 5 to get heavy.
– pick a rep scheme that you can consistently hold for the full EMOM. we’re working on overall skill and capacity for these movements. 2 movements that are very common in the open and something we might see this year.
