-use your time wisely and make smart jumps, your rest is going to be key and play a big role for today’s strength.
Metcon:
– Pick a rep scheme that will best reflect 40sec or less of work. This will become a mental workout real quick,so have a personal answer ready when the little whispers creep into your head telling you to slow down or scale your rep scheme. Stick with what you got, mentally check yourself and test your capacity.
