Strength- We are working a little heavier on back squats today, don’t let your ego get in the way. There are reasons why we use percentages, listen to your coaches and if you can’t hit 80% for all sets, go down.
MetCon-Most of you should be able to handle this workout today, Push Press wise, that is why scaling options are what they are. The BB work should be done in 2 big sets.
