Today we will be working on Snatches, both the power and full snatch. We will spend a lot of time warming up for the 15:00 EMOM, the Snatch can be one of the most technical and frustrating movements we have. Use the warm up and the coaches cues to get better, and fix some of the common mistakes we tend to make while performing the Snatch.
