Bro-sesh:
– Just a quick reminder, as much as we through around the word bro sash(only cause it sounds so much cooler then accessory work) these are still very important days. It gives us time to slow down the fast paced exercises we do through Crossfit and really focus on quality movements to some muscle groups we may not work as well through Crossfit. Focus on quality reps as you start to fatigue.
