Metcon (Time)

In Teams of 3:

Each Team must accumulate:

300 Singles

100 KB Swings

75 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

75 Burpees

One Partner starts to accumulate reps, one partner holds a plan. The 3rd partner must run a 200M, then they trade spots. This will continue until all reps are accumulated.
