For Time with a Partner:

80 Hang Power Cleans

80 Front Squats

80 Push Press

80 Front Rack Lunges

Partners will use the same weights, barbell, dumb bells, med ball, however, it can not touch the ground!

If weight touches down, each partner must do 10 burpees.
