– In todays wod, we want you to finish under the cap,scale appropriatley to achieve that.
Your going to have to average at least 5 min a round in order to finish, scale your runs down if you know you cant run a 400m in under 2 minutes. If your not sure sure, i say go for it.
This is going to be a very uncomfortable wod, get comfortable with knowing that, keep moving and test your self. Think back to Mondays wod and all the squats and push ups we did, breaking up your push ups into manageable sets are going to be key to finishing in a good time.
