– Any style Snatch, you will see snatch and power snatch in wodify so if you power snatch it, record your power snatch weight, if your preform a full snatch record that. if you power snatch it till you cant then proceed into full snatches then record both.
get some and have some fun.
Metcon:
-same format and idea as last week with the cleans, 1 snatch(any style)pick what you need more work on. If you miss a lift, don’t redo it. wait for the next seconds.
