Laveen CrossFit – CrossFit

Happy Birthday Jessica Hernandez! As on of our founding members, you have made the LC a better place from the beginning!
Our freedom came at a price, many people lost their lives in order for this country to be born. Take some time to reflect on what freedom means to you, think about someone you know that still fights for our freedom or has lost their life in the battles of the past. Be smart with your BBQs today and firework handling. Don’t drink and drive! Call one of us, we will be there!
